PRICE: prices are inclusive of all utilities of the apartment including air conditioning-heating for the requested period, , full wifi coverage,,linen and towels changed weekly.

WHIRLPOOL: the use of the whirlpool is 100 € per day of 50 € per ½ day (available by reservation).

RESERVATION CONDITIONS: at the moment of booking you will be charged 100% as a guarantee deposit on the credit card indicated by the Client (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS,MAESTRO); the deposit which will be retained as a penalty in the event of cancellation, modification of the reservation of any kind, or no show.

Payments are made directly by the customer on the Axerve secure platform (Banca Sella): no one has access to all the data entered at the time of payment.

CAUTION: before handing over the apartment keys a 200€ deposit is required in cash or pre-authorization on a credit card which will be returned at the end of the stay, unless any damage or other miscellaneous items are reported and need to be charged.

CLEANING: the apartment (including a kitchenette / kitchen and fridge) must be left in order and cleaned or, alternatively, you can request a final cleaning service (cost € 50 for the Sole and Sughera 30 € for Alba, Ginestra and Corbezzolo).

EXCLUDED SERVICES: are not included meals or daily cleaning services these are apartments, for stays of several weeks, every week we change of bed linen and towels. For services included see entry under prices and offers on the site.

ANIMALS: Animals may NOT be with you during your stay in Poggio alla Rocca in respect of the existence of all the guests.
